This page explains what GRIND. stores, why it stores it, and how you can remove it.
What Telegram shares
When you sign in, Telegram confirms your account ID and may share your name, username, and profile photo. GRIND. never receives your Telegram password, messages, contacts, or phone number.
What GRIND. stores
GRIND. stores the information you add: tasks, habits, goals, projects, notes, focus sessions, progress, reviews, planned REST days, and settings. It also stores secure sign-in sessions so you can stay signed in.
How your data is used
Your data is used only to run your workspace, calculate progress, and keep your account available across your devices. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Protection and retention
Each record is tied to your account and checked on the server before it can be read or changed. GRIND. keeps your data until you delete your account.
Delete or export your data
Open Settings to download a complete backup. Choose Delete account beside Sign out to permanently remove your account and all GRIND. data.
